Hello all! Here is your weekly update.
Kids/Teens-This will be our last class before the break, so we will spend our time reviewing rank requirements. We will break the class into groups based on rank and run through all of the requisite material. The KoSempai will then conduct evaluations. Each student will have a short list of “homework” to study over the break, in the event they may have some extra time!
Adults-We will spend our time this week on positioning. Moving from the guard to mount and from full and side mount to escape.
