Hello all! Here is your weekly update:

Kids/Teens-This week we will be working on basics and academics. For the new students and white belts we will spend some time going over your stances, blocks, strikes, and kicks. For the intermediate and advanced, we will drill some basics to make sure you are all on point and able to deliver with power. For all, we will practice memory verses and go over the questions to the beginner exams.

Adults- This week we will be focusing on ground work basics, beginning with positioning and defence
