Hello all! Here is your weekly update.
This week will be a special combined session with myself leading and KoHai Alan assisting. As I mentioned last week the KoSempai are working towards their next rank advancement in preparation for their black belt test in late summer. As such, they will be in attendance, however, they will be locked away upstairs doing research for their essay requirements. Yes, at the advanced levels karate is very academic! So we will have a special class on animal forms! This is not strictly speaking within your rank requirements, it is more about learning new things and having some fun! So I will see you all Thursday!
